Light Therapy & Anti Aging Blog

Hello and welcome to my light therapy and anti aging blog. I first developed an interest in light therapy when I med this women who invented a monochromatic red light or LED and spoke of all the amazing things that were happening to people as a result of using her particular red light therapy.

She spoke about fast pain relief, skin repair, DNA repair and a whole host of other miraculous healings that had occurred to people who used her red light therapy. So I purchased the LED myself to see how I could incorporate it into my anti aging facials.

I did notice a great benefit to my clients, but also, as I used the light at the beginning of my facials I noticed how much more relaxed people were and that enhanced the treatment beyond any actual benefit of the light therapy.

At the same time I was also introduced to the Jade Esthetics light color sound gem massage device and again light therapy was in my mind. So I began to do some research, only to discover the myriad of light therapies, LED's, devices and machines using light.

It seems to be a modern day phenomena when light has been with us since the beginning of time and space. I’ve created a whole section on light therapy and the various aspects of it as part of my ongoing research. I hope you enjoy.
