Acne Blue Light Therapy
The blue light works to kill acne-causing bacteria by delivering narrow-band, high-intensity blue light waves into the skin. Over time, the skin begins to heal naturally and the level of bacteria under the skin is reduced significantly.

There are some side effects with some types of blue lights including discomfort, excessive dryness, swelling, redness, and temporary changes in skin pigment. Most of these effects subside within a few days or weeks after the treatment, and results can be further enhanced with the right topical products.
